Nissan GT-R
This is more like it
My
Vantage
was
sold
back
to
the
dealer
I
bought
it
from
18
months
earlier,
and
he
sold
it
within
a
few
days.
I
think
they
will
always
sell
quickly
if
they
are good examples.
My
GT-R
came
from
Nissan
Manchester.
I
truly
shocking
dealership
that
I
would
not
recommend
to
anyone.
Every
other
car
I’ve
bought
I
would
certainly be happy to go back to the dealer, but not these clowns.
So
when
I
arrived
to
collect
it,
there
it
was,
filthy
dirty,
completely
unprepared
for
me.
Okay,
I
didn’t
expect
it
to
be
waiting
with
a
big
pink
ribbon tied round it, but I did expect it to be valeted.
And
their
after
sales
service
was
worse.
I’ve
never
taken
it
back
to
them
after
almost 5 years of owning it.
Hang on to your hat
My
GT-R
is
a
2011
car
but
a
model
year
10.
That
means
485
bhp
which
gives
0-60 in 3.3 seconds. Which is bonkers.
For about £2k you can make it more bonkers.
If
you
change
the
exhaust
(mine
has
a
Russ
Fellows
straight
thru
one,
but
still
has
the
primary
OEM
cats
for
emissions),
plus
a
remapped
ECU
(ECUTek)
and
2013
Nissan
gearbox
software
you
can
take
it
to
600
bhp.
After
that
it
starts getting more expensive.
But at 600 ponies it’s more than nuts.
Black paint - blue wrap
The
Nissan
black
paint
is
terrible.
They
might
have
well
as
just
pained
it
with
black water as it’s that bad.
If a fly farts on it then it will damage it. It’s truly shocking, it really is not fit
for purpose.
After
more
than
a
year
of
umming
and
arhing
about
getting
it
wrapped
I
finally
put
my
hand
in
my
pocket
and
took
it
to
PWPro
and
had
it
wrapped
blue - 3M Ocean satin shimmer.
